This service is available to everyone, not just people who go through my life coaching process. Whilst coaching will provide valuable inner development and growth, you may also want to work with a Nutritionist to achieve healthy eating goals.
I work with experienced and knowledgeable Nutritionists who will work with myself and you to achieve a realistic and healthy eating plan that will fit in with your lifestyle. Nutritional advice can help with many things such as:
- Skin problems
- Mood swings
- Lack of focus
- Digestion issues
- Low energy levels
- High stress levels
- Bloating
- Low immune system
- Snacking and poor eating habits
- Cholesterol
- Weight loss
- Allergies
- Hormone imbalances
My nutritionists will advise you on more than just a balanced diet but instead a balanced and healthy lifestyle which will be sustainable even after your sessions.
How it works:
- An appointment to analyse your current eating patterns and discuss your healthy eating objectives. Saliva, blood, urine and stool sample tests may all be taken where appropriate.
- A personalised detailed eating plan, which fits into your lifestyle and that you can maintain.
- Check in and evaluation sessions with Nutritionist and possibly myself depending on your requirements.
