In line with my Mind Body Fuel approach to therapy I believe regular massage can have strong therapeutic effects and acts as a great partner to all the other therapies I endorse on my website.

By getting a regular massage you are telling your mind that you deserve to treat and pamper yourself so this helps to increase your self worth. Experts also estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress related and massage is great for helping to relieve this too.
